Drainage pipe is an important municipal infrastructure.At present,the total length of drainage pipe built in China has exceeded 735000 km,the investment in drainage facilities has reached 152.986 billion yuan,and the length of drainage pipe per capita has increased from 0.47 M/person in 2006 to 0.82 M/person in 2020.However,due to the nature and defects of its own materials,there will be defects such as aging and damage since the drainage pipe is laid and put into use.These defects will induce groundwater to penetrate into the drainage pipe,form waterlogging within a certain range,and lead to the failure of the drainage pipe to discharge rainwater and sewage quickly.This will greatly affect the drainage speed of the drainage pipe,and even cause land subsidence disasters,which will have a great impact on the road traffic safety.In order to predict the defects in advance,so as to take timely and active measures to reduce or even eliminate the impact of these defects and ensure the normal operation of drainage pipe,this thesis evaluates and analyzes the inspection data of drainage pipe in Huai’an City,and expounds the relevant theories of pipe defects from two aspects of pipe structural defects and functional defects,CCTV technology is mainly used for survey and inspection,and qualitative comparative analysis QCA is used for empirical analysis,so as to find out the main impact modes of defects or repair of drainage pipe.Therefore,taking the two categories of structure and function as the starting point,this study analyzes the combination mechanism of the influence of multiple groups of influence conditions on the service life of drainage network,obtains the combination of some influence factors,and highlights some elements with heavy influence in mutual comparison.The research shows that scum factor is the core condition in both configurations.Scum factor has a significant impact on the defect problem of drainage pipe.Whether combined with deposition factor or obstacle factor,it will seriously affect the defect problem of drainage pipe.Based on the above analysis results,the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
