Research On CCTV Detection And Evaluation Technology Of Taizhou Drainage Pipeline

Municipal drainage pipe is one of the important urban underground pipeline networks.It is a systematic project integrating environment,municipal administration,hydrology and meteorology,which is closely related to people's production and life.The scientific planning,high-quality construction,and timely maintenance of drainage pipeline systems are the basic guarantees for the orderly production and living of a city.In recent years,the closed-circuit television(CCTV)detection technology has been widely used as a new auxiliary detection method in pipeline construction and maintenance,and has achieved good results.This article focuses on the municipal drainage pipeline detection technology and evaluation system,compared the drainage pipeline evaluation standards in four different countries or regions,and combined with the actual situation in Taizhou,developed the Taizhou municipal drainage pipeline CCTV detection and evaluation standards(1)Analyze the important status of municipal drainage pipes in urban infrastructure construction,summarize the main problems that may exist after defects in municipal drainage pipes,study the development status of drainage pipe inspection technology at home and abroad,and propose the CCTV inspection technology in Taizhou Significance of application in municipal drainage pipeline engineering(2)The preliminary preparation,testing process and testing technology of the CCTV detection of municipal drainage pipelines were studied,and the CCTV detection and evaluation system of municipal drainage pipelines in Taizhou City was discussed in depth.(3)Compare the CCTV detection and evaluation standards in Britain,Denmark,Japan and Taiwan,and analyze the characteristics of each evaluation standard.(4)Based on the evaluation standards of the United Kingdom,Denmark,Japan,and Taiwan,and the situation of Taizhou municipal drainage pipes,establish evaluation standards suitable for the region.(5)Take the typical roads in Taizhou as the research object,and carry out the detection through CCTV technology.According to the "Technical Regulations for the Detection and Evaluation of Urban Drainage Pipelines"(CJJ 181-2012)and the evaluation standards formulated in this article,the CCTV detection of the tested roads The results were evaluated and corresponding repair and maintenance recommendations were made.(6)For the research object,compared the assessment results of the "Technical Regulations for the Detection and Evaluation of Urban Drainage Pipelines"(CJJ 181-2012),the British WRC Evaluation System,the Danish Evaluation System,and the evaluation standards established in this paper.Practice has shown that the evaluation system in this paper can truly reflect the structural defects of the pipelines in the area and believes that it is basically suitable for use in Taizhou.(7)Through the analysis of the detection and test results of Taizhou municipal drainage pipes,the defects characteristics of similar drainage pipes in Taizhou area are summarized,and some suggestions are put forward,which provide a reference for the maintenance and management of Taizhou municipal drainage pipes.
