| Natural disasters caused by extreme weather have been frequent in recent years,central bar is more affected by the disturbance due to its special geographical location.however,the current green infrastructure construction in central bar lags behind.Moreover,most of them directly copy the urban green infrastructure,which is not matched with the environmental characteristics and development of central bar.The basic functions are still barely able to play,and the response to natural disasters is even weaker,and there is always the risk of the collapse of the green infrastructure system.In this background,in order to build a good central bar green infrastructure systems,common facilities planning is not enough,this paper proposes a ductile planning combined with the central bar green infrastructure,based on the planning of toughness characteristic "resist","adaptation" and "resume" action process,in the face of disturbance to ensure the normal operation of green infrastructure.In this paper,the current progress of the research on green infrastructure and toughness-planning at home and abroad is firstly combined with the literature review,the relevant concepts of green infrastructure and toughness planning are analyzed,and their similar concepts and connotations are analyzed,and the status quo of the Yangtze river is studied.Then,the relevant toughness strategies are summarized through case analysis,which lays a theoretical foundation for the future planning research.The central bar that explore the current predicament of green infrastructure,and analyzes the green infrastructure and toughness planning combined with the feasibility and necessity of determining the combination has a positive meaning,then the central bar five kind of defining the concept of green infrastructure,proposed in view of the central bar toughness planning and the planning principles of green infrastructure,on the basis of this made the PDCA toughness of the overall planning process,and elaborated the five kinds of green infrastructure and concrete toughness means their toughness process.Then,nanjing Bagua island was selected as the specific practice object,based on the status quo to study the corresponding toughness strategy,combined with the theory to carry out practice analysis,show the results of the resilience planning of green infrastructure,and provide references and Suggestions for the combination and development of green infrastructure and resilience planning.The research shows that:(1)at present,the strategies that can be adopted in the resilience planning of the green infrastructure for the continent island sites mainly include evaluating the toughness state of the site by quantifying the landscape resilience,overall planning of the overall framework,and adapting to the changes of the site environment through dynamic planning.(2)through the central bar of the present condition of the green infrastructure and green infrastructure and toughness planning combined with the detailed analysis of the necessity and feasibility of,summed up the central bar toughness green infrastructure planning of four principles for redundancy principle,system optimization principle,the principle of dynamic adaptation and diversity principle,for the specific site of toughness of green infrastructure planning provides a theoretical reference.(3)PDCA cycle model was incorporated into the toughness planning process,and the overall process was summarized into four steps:site status factor analysis and risk identification;Assessment of landscape toughness;Develop a framework strategy to improve the resilience of green infrastructure from five aspects.Planning result evaluation and dynamic feedback.On the basis of the completion of the planning framework,detailed planning studies are carried out from six aspects to complete the toughness planning of green infrastructure. |
