In the full life cycle of mechanical equipment from the beginning of use,experiencing constant wear and consumption under actual working conditions,to finally losing use value and scrapping,the implementation of maintenance support work has a great impact on the normal use of equipment.As the technical data to guide the maintenance staff to complete the equipment maintenance work accurately,the maintenance manual is the necessary delivery of mechanical equipment.The traditional paper maintenance manual cannot satisfy the requirements of modern mechanical equipment rapid development of informatization because of its low query efficiency and high maintenance cost.The electronic maintenance manual which is widely used at present,relies on the advantages of digitization to solve the problems exposed in the paper maintenance manual to a great extent.However,the technical information of the electronic maintenance is still displayed in the form of static description,which cannot provide the most vivid and intuitive explanation for maintenance staff.In this thesis,aiming at the shortcomings of the electronic maintenance manual,combined with the development needs of the actual project,a model-based 3D visualization electronic maintenance manual technology is studied.The 3D model of mechanical equipment is added in the maintenance manual,and the basic descriptive explanation is displayed through the vivid 3D scene,in order to expand the expression form of technical information.At the same time,by researching the relevant standards of interactive electronic technical manual at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of equipment maintenance technical data,the coding mode of technical information in the standard is optimized,and the structured storage and management of technical information in 3D electronic maintenance manual is completed.The main research results are as follows:(1)The structure and organization form of 3D visualization electronic maintenance manual is studied.According to the specific needs of maintenance staff for the maintenance manual,the functional module division and overall structure design of electronic maintenance manual are completed.(2)The organization structure of technical information in 3D visual electronic maintenance manual is studied.The technical information organization form based on data module in interactive electronic technical manual is used to sort out the maintenance technical data,and various technical information in the maintenance manual is stored through simple JSON structured data object.(3)The display mode of the 3D model in the 3D visualization electronic maintenance manual is studied.By analyzing the development status of model-based definition in the field of mechanical design and the advantages of intuitive expression of 3D model of equipment,the original design model of equipment in professional 3D model design software is transformed into lightweight process model,and the online display of 3D model in the electronic maintenance manual is realized.(4)The production method of the maintenance animation in the 3D visualized electronic maintenance manual is studied.The maintenance animation for 3D lightweight model is completed,and the interactive display of the maintenance animation in the electronic maintenance manual with the corresponding maintenance steps is realized.The model-based 3D visualization electronic maintenance manual is released and displayed through the web browser,which can satisfy the basic requirements of maintenance staff during the testing process of the actual project.It verifies the feasibility of 3D visualization maintenance manual technology.
