With the continuous improvement of China’s national economy and the continuous expansion of the automobile industry market scale,the automobile industry is facing great changes.The new,four modernizations of automobile will be the development trend of the future automobile.As a local traditional auto parts company,Chongqing DM Company needs to keep pace with The Times and optimize its marketing strategy to meet the new demand of the market,improve its competitiveness and achieve its development goals in the face of the huge wave of industrial remodeling and technological innovation.This article is based on literature research,questionnaire survey and the SWOT analysis method,the 4 p theory,DM auto parts company in chongqing as the research object,studied the present marketing status quo,analysis of the existing marketing strategy of its competitiveness,products layout in price higher than competitors,a single with a long cycle and develop channels way,marketing activities less problem.Aiming at the problems of chongqing DM company marketing strategy,from product structure and the design,supply chain system,cost control and new product penetration pricing,discount pricing,talent introduction,the horizontal development pilot channels and marketing,promotion budget payment days,warranty,payment,gift promotion and Internet marketing these four aspects put forward the concrete marketing optimization strategy.The research combines marketing with the new market trend from a new perspective,which enriches the research on the marketing strategy of auto parts under the new trend,and also urges Chongqing DM Company to cater to the market development trend,improve its competitiveness and achieve its development goals.
