In view of the characteristics of the kite shaped hyperboloid steel grid of the new South station of Weifang Station,such as its unique and complex shape,high building height.large structural span,ladder distribution and large height difference of the grid support,the existing integral jacking technology is optimized,and the construction method of regional assembly and two integral jacking of the large-span hyperboloid steel grid is proposed.Numerical simulation software 3D3S was used to simulate and analyze the deformation,internal force and jacking reaction of each member of the steel grid during the construction stage,and the research results were used to guide the site construction and successfully completed.Aiming at the problem that the jacking point bears a large horizontal force and has the risk of overturning,the anti-overturning limit device of steel grid jacking is developed to eliminate the problems of deviation and overturning,improve the construction efficiency and ensure the construction safety.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Comprehensive analysis of applicability and advantages and disadvantages of existing large-span space truss structure construction technology,in view of the unique complex,high building height,span and larger space truss support ladder distribution and the characteristics of the elevation difference is big,to optimize the existing integrally jack-up technique that can put forward regional assembled large-span hyperboloid steel grid points,two integrally jack-up construction method.(2)In view of the existing jack-up device in the process of steel space truss jackup only provides the vertical support,does not provide lateral restraint,prone to overthrow a dangerous situation,put forward in the rack bottom chord place additional support stand pole,upper body,lower constraints body,external constraint,make full use of existing structure against overturning limit device.Through the analysis of the field construction effect,the jacking device can exert the effect of lateral restraint and increase the stability of the steel grid jacking process.(3)With closed-loop control as the main control and adaptive control as the auxiliary control,and combined with simulation calculation and analysis,the optimization layout method of long-span complex steel grid structure jacking frame was proposed,and the influence of different construction process on the stress and strain of long-span steel grid structure was analyzed.By comparing with monitoring data,the rationality of the layout of long-span steel grid structure jacking structure was verified.
