When applying the hollow steel tube steel structure, no matter how the application, the steel structure are called steel tube structure. In recent years, steel structure industry showed a trend of rapid development in our country, it is to promote the perfection of the production and processing technology of all kinds of steel, steel pipe space structure was born in this background. In terms of pipe itself, the existence of many advantages, not only has the good interface features, but also has high bearing capacity, not only aesthetically pleasing, and structure is relatively simple, this makes the steel pipe has the advantages of construction moderately fast and good economic effect.Is this a series of advantages, make the structure of steel tube has been widely used, especially in the field of large span space structure. In this paper, based on this background, to the stadium construction problem as the research object, the large-span space steel structure has carried on the thorough analysis, including its design and calculation process, the node load performance, production technology, installation, and so on.In this paper, the main research contents can be summarized as four aspects:Using ROBOT software, first of all, based on the stadium main body structure, a calculation model is established, and by means of the model to calculate the stability and strength of steel structure, after using the modal analysis and seismic response spectrum analysis method for steel structure was analyzed;Second, strengthen to TT type using ROBOT carrying capacity analysis and calculation of the node, to prove that adopted by the node the effectiveness of the strengthening form whether have enough; Also detailed lists the beam-column connection point and node adopted the form of column foot, at the same time also adopted the model calculation method to analyze the connection form and research;Again, using ROBOT to calculate the structure of the steel tube arch, then discusses in detail various technological process of steel tube structure, not only puts forward the measures to improve the welding quality control of steel tubular structure, at the same time, it puts forward some countermeasures to cope with the welding deformation;Finally, combining with the characteristics of the actual engineering, make the steel structure installation process should meet the technical requirements, but also support bracket for the calculation and analysis, puts forward the countermeasures of improving the quality of spot welding.In this paper, based on actual engineering project, not only finished the calculation in the design of steel structure work, also completed the node analysis work, also in detail analyzed the production and installation of steel structure work, this is the research of other scholars in related to provide the guidance and reference.
