| The application of three-axis four-redundancy full authority digital telex flight control system has effectively improved the maneuverability,stability and safety of aircraft,.At the same time,the test of flight control system becomes more troublesome with the larger scale of control system,the more abstract control logic and the more complex crosslinking relations.The existing flight control system test faced with low degree of automation,high labor intensity,long test cycle,low comprehensiveness,difficulties in failure location and solution.so it is of great significance to improve the test capability and test efficiency of flight control system to ensure the safety of flight and shorten the total assembly cycle of aircraft,so as to provide necessary support for the acceleration of aircraft mass production.Aiming at the test technical requirements of a certain aircraft flight control system,this paper firstly studies the system composition,working principle and test content of the aircraft flight control system.Secondly,the framework of the integrated test platform for flight control system is studied and designed.The overall framework of the open system provides a centralized control platform for the integration of test equipment and measurement devices.Thirdly,The paper studies the test principle of the main flight control system,and designs a set of test equipment with communication interface between the test equipment and the airborne equipment.Then,we study the polarity measurement principle of the main flight control system,design the polarity measurement device for the flap,aileron and rudder,and the software has been developed.Finally,the integrated management of the test equipment and the test program and automatic execution of the flight control system are realized. |
