The informatization for power grid is an important part of smart grid construction, is an important means to promote the scientific development of power grid. Effective communication is so important since it’s a decisive factor in the development and competition of enterprises. Currently grid information technology exists a lack of unified planning application system construction, a lack of a unified and integrated framework in system integration, low integration, multi-system and mutual discrete islands of information, communications and information systems independent of each other, communication systems and business processes separate from each other problems. Thus, it’s an urgent issue to use advanced theory and technology for grid communications and information systems integration, to integrate communications tools into the information system’s business processes and to deepen the application of information technology to facilitate communication and power efficiency of business processes, to deepen the application of information technology and to reduce discovery, judgment, communication, coordination and processing time.The study contents of this paper comes from the State Grid Corporation’s vertical technology projects, it takes the integration of mobile field operations systems and unified communications system as a typical example and makes a deep study on the business systems integration technology, builds an efficient management system around the rapid development of smart grid, plans to build an information and communication systems of on-site production’s standardized and unified communications integration with mobile operating, combines the production business process management and communication capabilities. The unified combination of communications tool with business systems and power grids, not only achieves the improvement of the past and traditional mode of operation and makes the grid users to change business processes, greatly enhance the efficiency of business processes to communicate and finding and solving problems and greatly reduce the risk probabilities of power production and devices.This papers analyzes in depth on the status of communication systems and information systems, together with the background, starting from the current problems which exist in isolation of many business systems, focusing on the application of unified communications technologies on the process of main business for power grid, while by the actual project of grid company, it chooses to apply unified communications technology to power mobile site operating system, the use of unified communications, mobile field operations technology, wireless communication technology, system integration technology and SOA technologies,standardization of the site is proposed based on grid mobile unified communications platforms, and this paper makes the following research and development on the integration of mobile unified communications systems and field operations:Based on the characteristics of the power industry information, this paper study in-depth on theory and technology of the integration of unified communications systems and mobile field operations systems, and constructs a technological framework based on SOA to achieve standardization of mobile operating developing platform.Combined with the status of power grid company and based on the full study and analyzing of the information systems and communications systems, it discusses the necessity of system integration studies, makes a clear target for system integration, proposes the system design principles, studies and designs the architecture to integrate business systems development and software architecture.The information integration platform in this paper exchanges data using the enterprise service bus (ESB), sharing information through a shared database, the study proposes solutions of integration business and system, while makes a detailed segmentation for the integrated development in the next step, divides the integration into threes parts, namely, underlying data integration, underlying service integration and business process integration.Based on SOA theory, this paper builds a grid standardization live mobile unified communications platform based on unified communication and designs in details for the overall architecture and functionality of the platform, develops concrete steps to the platform-based business development. The development achieves two parts including a front-end system and a back-office system development and achieves a integration of unified communications system with the underlying communication capabilities and core business processes, which includes calls, video conference, instant message, user information, client management, voice setting content, etc.
