In the process of studying the crashworthiness of guardrail column,bogie crash test has become the main research method.There is no good solution for the effective braking and reusability of test bench and protective device in high-speed crash test.Aiming at the problems existing in the braking process of the bogie in the current bogie column collision test,this thesis puts forward two effective safety protection systems of bogie for collision test,and verifies the protection ability of the protection system based on the existing finite element simulation technology.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Topology optimization of energy absorbing unit of TS super elastic steerable crash cushion.Based on the requirements of lightweight design,firstly,in order to achieve the maximum energy absorption as the optimization design objective,the crashworthiness topology optimization analysis of the energy absorbing unit of the steerable crash cushion is carried out,the optimal force transmission path of the energy absorbing unit is determined,and the energy absorbing unit of the steerable crash cushion with clear configuration is extracted.Secondly,the collision safety of the finite element model is verified.(2)Robust optimization design of TS super elastic steerable crash cushion.Taking the uncertainty of angle,speed and mass of the experimental vehicle as the noise factor,based on the robust design method,the optimal size of the energy absorbing unit of the steerable crash cushion is determined.The results show that the crashworthiness topology optimization method and robust design method are effective,and the TS super elastic steerable crash cushion can meet the requirements of current evaluation standards.It can achieve the lightweight requirements and the optimal overall quality of the steerable crash cushion.(3)Double drum damping protection device design.Based on the method of stopping the runaway vehicle by the net cable energy absorption system in the refuge lane,referring to the existing mechanical design standards,and fully considering the strength,stiffness,economy,use function and other requirements of each part,the guiding device,braking device and intercepting device of the double drum damping protection system are designed to realize the dual use of the double drum damping protection device and the test bench The purpose of the project.(4)Finite element simulation analysis of trolley double drum damping protection system.Firstly,a simplified three-dimensional model of the trolley double drum damping protection system is established.Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to model the interceptor cable in the double drum damping protection system,the model is established based on the classic interface of ANSYS and the winding mode of helix.Finally,the maximum tension of the intercepting cable is extracted to judge whether the intercepting cable is broken.The finite element simulation results show that the double drum damping protection system can intercept the trolley with mass of 1.5t-3.5t and speed of 60km/h-120km/h.
