| With the rapid development of my country’s transportation industry,the demand for petroleum is also increasing year by year,and petroleum asphalt,as a by-product of petroleum processing,has the characteristics of non-renewable.With the emergence of problems such as environment and resource scarcity,asphalt and mixtures cannot meet the requirements of sustained and rapid development of China’s road industry.Bio-heavy oil can be used to partially replace petroleum-based asphalt due to its renewable,environmentally friendly and economical advantages,but its use weakens the high-temperature performance of petroleum asphalt and cannot meet the construction requirements of pavement asphalt mixtures.In this paper,from the perspective of environmental friendliness,reuse of biomass resources,and the "three-in-one" of sustainable and rapid development of road traffic,70# petroleum asphalt is used as the matrix asphalt throughout this research,combined with bio-heavy oil,wheat straw and corn straw as experimental raw materials,the technical indicators of several raw materials were measured by corresponding technical performance test methods,and bio-asphalt and composite modified asphalt were prepared at the same time,and passed the basic physical properties(three indicators,viscosity)test,rheological property test(dynamic Shear rheological test),as well as infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis and fluorescence microscopy experiments to explore the properties and modification mechanisms of the two modified asphalts.In order to improve the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture,wheat straw fiber and corn straw fiber were used as raw materials to prepare biofiber asphalt mixture,and the optimal oil stone ratio was determined.et al.compared the properties of asphalt fiber mixtures with different raw materials.The research results show that the low-temperature performance of bio-asphalt is improved compared with that of matrix asphalt,but the internal fluidity of the asphalt is enhanced due to the light components in the biomass heavy oil,the asphalt becomes soft,and the shear failure resistance and high-temperature performance are weakened..When the content of biomass heavy oil is about 9%,the modification effect of bio-asphalt is the best;the high temperature performance of nano-ZnO and biomass-heavy oil composite modified asphalt is obviously improved compared with the base asphalt;among which,the composite modification of Bio12% and 3%nano-ZnO The high temperature performance of the asphalt is the best.Biomass heavy oil has both physical and chemical modification methods for asphalt.Through the road performance test,the bio-asphalt with 9% bio-heavy oil content and the asphalt mixture with corn stalk fiber content of 0.3% are finally obtained,which can meet the road performance requirements and the water stability and anti-skid performance are significantly improved.The effect of straw fiber on the mixture is better than that of wheat straw fiber. |
