| Due to the limitation of geological conditions,many sluice need to be built on soft soil foundation,which will cause adverse effects on the stability of sluice.Pile foundation is an effective foundation treatment method.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the working behavior and health of pile foundation.This paper takes the controlling sluice of Liugan-River in Zhangjiagang City as the research object.The working behavior of the pile foundation sluice was analyzed with the help of finite element software ABAQUS.The model of pile foundation sluice health diagnosis is studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)3-D finite element models are built to analyze the working behavior of the pile foundation sluice.The effect of cast-in pile on seepage is analyzed from four aspects:pore pressure,seepage flow field,seepage slope and flow.Settlement distribution,horizontal displacement,stress distribution and the load-sharing ratio are studied.The effect of elastic modulus of pile,pile length and diameter,compression modulus of soil between and under piles,elastic modulus and thickness of bottom plate on the interaction of pile-soil-gate chamber was investigated by comparing settlement and load-sharing ratio of soil.(2)The health diagnosis model of pile foundation sluice is studied.The evaluation index system of pile foundation sluice health diagnosis is constructed.After quantifying the index with range method,the weighting method of sluice health diagnosis is studied.The IOWA operator method,improved group G2 method,deviation maximization method and independent information data fluctuation method are used to calculate the weight of diagnosis indexes.The weight fusion is carried out by using the double-restraints based on difference and similarity to determine the fusion weight of diagnostic indicators.The health diagnosis model of pile foundation sluice based on improved extension matter element is built.The model is used to diagnose the health state of liugan River Sluice.The diagnosis result is healthy,which is consistent with the safety appraisal result of the gate in 2020.(3)Based on the characteristics of Visual Basic language,Visual Basic software is selected to develop the pile foundation sluice health diagnosis system.This system integrates the functions of quantitative calculation,weight calculation and health diagnosis calculation.It can conveniently and quickly realize the health diagnosis and safety evaluation of sluice foundation sluice. |
