In recent years,China has been focusing on the modernisation of urban and rural areas,and attaches great importance to the development of traffic construction projects.In the process of modernising the transportation system,the construction of concrete bridges is a very important part of the structure,and the pre-set box girder technology is undoubtedly one of the very important process links in the construction process of concrete bridge systems.The economic efficiency of the project can be improved.This topic takes the casting of pre-set box girders as the research object,and analyses the construction process and production process for the casting of box girders.In the fabrication of box girders,the usual pouring method is manual,and its process has problems such as low efficiency and high labour intensity of workers.To address this problem,it is now planned to modify the end of the cantilever pipe and design a gantry-like concrete pouring system,where the end pipe is fixed to the mechanism,and the movement of each member controls the position and movement speed of the end pipe pouring.In this way,the speed and quality of the pre-set box girder will be improved.According to the dimensional requirements of the box beam,the performance parameters of the equipment were determined and the drive elements and moving parts were selected according to the performance parameters;secondly,the mathematical modelling of the oscillating mechanism was carried out and the dimensions of the connecting rod were determined through theoretical calculations,and the modelling of the whole machine was completed with the help of 3D modelling software.Using finite element analysis software,the mechanical evaluation of the lateral moving parts and the lifting screw shaft in the mechanism was carried out,which finally met the working performance requirementsBased on the pre-set box girder casting production process,we analyze the control requirements of the automated production line,and complete the design of the trajectory control system during concrete casting by using servo drive system as the driving unit,control system program development,and sub-module program to improve the efficiency and reduce the work intensity during casting.
