This article is aimed at designing and analyzing the experimental counterforce device for the static load test of 32 m high speed railway pre-stressed concrete box beam. Self balancing type reaction device which is widely used in railway advance beam static load test and has became the important guarantee of the high speed railway pre-stressed concrete box girder of product quality,railway construction and operation safety.First of all, through the analysis of the drawing of 32 m pre-stressed concrete box girder, based on the outside of the test girder body size, getting the static load test device roughly size and the installation of static load test device was also established. which provides an important reference and theoretical support for the next step that the overall design of the model.Second, in-depth understanding of the static load test device in the development process of static load test, by referring to the existing for 32 m of static load test device structure and test principle of the device,Various components of the apparatus were established based on 3D design software SolidWorks, after the completion of the design of all components assembly, formed the total assembly static load test device. Finally, there is a need for each member between the total assembly interference checking to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the next model analysis.Third, through the ANSYS software,according to the design steps for finite element simulation model of each part. If the simulation results do not satisfy the static test on the mechanical requirements of the anti-power plant, we need to return to the design phase to improve the structure until the structure is designed to meet the static loading test apparatus for stiffness, strength and stability requirements, to ensure the safe use of static load test.Finally, in order to meet the safe use of the static load test, the optimization design of the anti force device is necessary, then improve the use efficiency of the device, reduce the amount of steel used in production and the one-time purchase cost. To achieve the purpose of economy applicable, to reduce the cost.Based on the design and finite element simulation test reaction apparatus, the 32 m high speed railway pre-stressed concrete box girder static load test, not only to ensure that the anti-power plant design is reasonable and availability and provides a test platform for the static load test of railway bridge girder field, but also provides an important reference and theoretical basis for the production test in highway construction precast bridge girders...
