| With the rapid development of digital information technology,various industries have higher and higher requirements for obtaining 3D information on the surface of objects.How to improve the accuracy of 3D measurement has become one of the research hotspots in the field of 3D measurement.For measurement accuracy,error analysis is an important step to improve measurement accuracy.The influence of the structural parameters in the measurement system on the measurement accuracy is complex.At present,the research on the structural parameters of the system is still constantly improving.The multi-parameter model error analysis through simulation measurement is an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the above problems,this paper intends to use simulation measurement methods to simulate and analyze the measurement errors caused by errors in the distance B between the projector and the camera,the focal length f,and the angleβ0between the optical axis of the camera and the x-axis in the optical triangulation three-dimensional measurement system.Provide theoretical basis and guidance for designing and optimizing 3D measurement system and improving measurement accuracy.The specific work is as follows:(1)The mathematical model of the three-dimensional measurement system is established based on the optical triangulation method,and the functional relationship between the world three-dimensional coordinates X,Y and Z values and the parameters B,f andβ0is obtained.(2)Design simulation measurement system parameters according to the mathematical model and measurement system requirements,and build a simulation measurement model in 3D Max software.(3)Analyze the measurement error of the imaging system in the single parameter mode.Use Matlab software to carry out simulation measurement experiments.When the parameters B,f andβ0have different errors,respectively,the measurement errors at different depth positions are studied,and the maximum depth measurement error chart is obtained,and the influence of the different errors of each parameter on the measurement error is analyzed According to the law,the functional relationship between the maximum depth measurement error and the error of each parameter and the depth value is fitted,and finally the maximum allowable error of each parameter under the condition of satisfying the depth measurement accuracy is obtained,which is used for error analysis and error distribution.(4)Analyze the measurement error of the imaging system in the multi-parameter mode.On the basis of single parameter mode analysis,when there are different errors in the combination of two parameters and three parameters at the same time,the maximum depth measurement error at different depth positions is obtained,and the law of influence on the maximum measurement error when different parameter combinations have different errors is analyzed.The maximum allowable error of each parameter under the condition of satisfying the depth measurement accuracy is obtained,which is used to establish the design criterion of the system structure parameter,and finally the functional relationship between the depth measurement error and the error of each parameter is obtained for error correction. |
