| Polyphase asynchronous motor is suitable for ship propulsion,aerospace and other occasions because of its high power output,strong fault tolerance and small torque ripple with low-voltage power devices.However,as a new technology,with the increase of motor phase number,the difficulty of control increases,and too many bridge arms are easy to cause the increase of cost,which limits its development.Five phase motor not only has the advantages of multi-phase motor,but also avoids the harm caused by too many phases,and has been widely used in fracturing pump.In this dissertation mainly studies the influence of key problems in the design of five phase motor,such as slot matching and winding type,on the performance of the motor.Firstly,the influence of groove fit is studied.Taking the star winding as an example,the variation of radial electromagnetic force with time and space,torque ripple,starting performance,efficiency and power factor under the same number of stator slots,40/28,40/30,40/32 and 40/34 and different coordination of rotor slots are determined.It is found that the comprehensive performance of five phase asynchronous motor with 40 stator slots and 34 rotor slots is the best.Secondly,under the coordination of 40/34 slots,the harmonic distribution of single winding(star,Pentagon and Pentagram)is analyzed,and three composite windings such as star pentagram,star Pentagram and Pentagram star are given.The starting performance,torque ripple,no-load air gap flux density,efficiency and power factor of the motor under normal operation are compared.It is found that the star Pentagon composite winding has the best performance among the three composite windings under normal operation;In the open circuit state(one phase open circuit,adjacent two-phase open circuit and non adjacent two-phase open circuit),the pentagonal winding in a single winding is compared with three kinds of composite windings.It is concluded that the star pentagonal composite winding has the best performance in the open circuit state compared with the other two kinds of composite windings.Combining the two cases,it is finally determined that the star Pentagon composite winding is the best winding type of five phase asynchronous motor.Finally,the prototype models of pentagonal and star pentagonal windings with40/34 slot matching are built.The variation of stator phase current and torque under50N·m load are analyzed and compared with the simulation data.The experimental results show that the error between the experimental data and the simulation data is less than 5%,which ensures the accuracy of the conclusion. |
