The thesis introduces the large three-phase winding asynchronous motor which is developed to meet the demands of the market and the requirements of the customers. As there is no national standard and our factory never manufactured such large power winding asynchronous motor, the factory standard is set with the standard No: Q/QL.J.02.15-2003. The product is of seating bearing with baseplate, the protection level IP23, self-lubricated, IC21 motor cooling system, and the rotor is blasted with 6 diaphragms on shaft not fan. The project was listed as Scientific Creation Project of 2004 by Shandong Provincial Prison Administration Bureau (the project code is 2004-05).For there was no corresponding formal product standard when developing the product, based on the installation and service requirements of the motor and ordering demands of the customers, combing the practical design, process and production ability of our factory, we set the design criterion of our factory: Q/QL.J.02.15-2003 《YR1400-8/1430 6KV three-phase winding asynchronous motor technical requirements》 . We further signed 《Technical Agreement》 with customers according to GB755-91 《Rotating Motor Basic Technical Requirements》.The thesis analyzed and researched detailedly the structure, principle, data calculation, design method, test result of the motor , thus obtained the results of theoretical signification and engineering practical value.The thesis includes the following sections:The first section introduces the structure and principle of YR1400-8/1430 6KV motor, and provides the analyzing methods.
