Catenary as an important part of traction power supply system is a special power supply line set up over electrified railway to supply power to high-speed trains.Pantograph is a special equipment installed on electric locomotive or em U to collect current from catenary network.In operation,pantograph relies on catenary network as its mechanical slideway and power supply line to realize the concentration and transmission of electric energy required by the train.The pantograph is considered to be an elastic body because of the contact pressure.At the same time,under the action of compensating tension,catenary is also elastic,so the interaction between pantograph and catenary forms an elastic system.When the elasticity of catenary is very high,under the lifting action of pantograph,there may be off-line arc burning of pantograph or scraping with catenary parts.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the elasticity and lifting amount of catenary and improve the operation quality of catenary.In order to solve the problem of excessive mid-span lift of catenary of Huaiheng Railway as the research object,this paper takes fully compensated simple chain suspension catenary as the research object,establishes the elastic analysis model of catenary,and theoretically analyzes the main factors affecting the elasticity of catenary.At the same time,the theoretical analysis results are applied to the elastic optimization practice of catenary of Huaiheng railway,which effectively solves the problem of excessive mid-span lift of catenary of the line.Firstly,a part of catenary separation body within the span is selected to establish the elastic analysis model.Through the mechanical analysis of the model,the elastic calculation formula of the anchor point,the first hanger point and the span of simple chain suspension catenary is deduced.Secondly,the influence degree of contact line tension,cable tension,span and position of first hanging string on catenary elasticity is discussed by using single variable method.Then,the main reasons for the excessive mid-span lift of catenary of Huaiheng Railway are analyzed.Second,the contact line,the tension of the cable is small.At the same time,two optimization schemes are put forward: one is to increase the tension of the contact line and reduce the elasticity of catenary;The second is to reserve additional relaxation in the contact line span to improve the elastic unevenness of catenary.Finally,combined with the test data and dynamic performance(CDI)evaluation results of railway infrastructure testing center,the optimization effect is analyzed and verified,and the optimization scheme is confirmed to be scientific and effective.
