| With the rapid development of Chinese urbanization and economy,cultivating modern metropolitan areas has become the direction to promote the integrated development of central urban areas and peripheral towns,vigorously developing suburban railway in metropolitan areas has also become an inevitable choice to improve the comprehensive transportation system of the metropolitan area,increase the efficiency of urban operation,and facilitate the commuting life of residents.From the perspective of the coordinated development of suburban railway and urban forms,associated with the phenomenon of “the Separation between Jobs and Residential Locations”,the suburban commuting demand has distinct tidal passenger flow characteristics,which puts forward higher requirements for the operation and organization of suburban railway.However,suburban railway’s current operation organization model is out of line with the demand of suburban commuting passengers in the metropolitan area,and the losses are relatively severe.In the context of vigorously promoting the planning and construction of suburban railway in metropolitan areas,in order to improve the efficiency and benefits of suburban railway operations,this paper optimizes the operation plan of suburban railway in metropolitan areas to adapt to the suburban commuter passenger flow,save passengers travel time,facilitate passenger travel and reduce the cost of transportation enterprises.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the development overview and service mode of rail transit in specific foreign metropolitan areas,analyze the similarities and differences of rail transit service modes in metropolitan areas from the perspective of coordinated development of rail transit and cities,study the primary conditions of the development of suburban railway in Chinese metropolitan areas at macro level,analyze the development strategies of suburban railway in three types of metropolitan areas in China at middle level,and discuss the problems existing in the operation of suburban railway in China and puts forward corresponding suggestions at micro level.(2)The functional position of the suburban railway is to serve the commuter passenger flow in the metropolitan areas driven by overflow of residential functions(MDOR),analyze the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of the suburban commuter passenger flow.Based on the convenient and fast operation and service requirements of suburban commuter passenger flow,combined with the spatiotemporal imbalance of passenger flow distribution,this paper studies the bus-express/local operation organization mode(BELM)that adapts to the needs of tidal passenger flow services.(3)Analyze the constituent elements of the suburban railway train operation plan,build an optimization model of the suburban railway train operation plan in the metropolitan area based on the BELM,taking the minimum travel time of passengers and the minimum operating cost of enterprises as the dual goals.According to the contradiction and incommensurability of the dual-objective optimization problem,the dual-objective optimization problem is simplified to a single-objective problem utilizing the weighted ideal point method.(4)Verify the optimization model and algorithm of the operation plan designed above are through a case,analyze the characteristics of the suburban railway operation plan in the MDOR,analyze the relative advantages of the travel time and operating cost compared with the all stopping mode,and verify the validity of the model and algorithm and the application value of the BELM.Suburban railway should implement differentiated development strategies according to different development types of metropolitan areas.The spatiotemporal distribution of suburban passenger flow in MDOR is imbalanced.the suburban railway should adopt BELM.Based on this,this paper establishes an optimization model for the suburban railway operation plan in the MDOR.It is expected to provide some reference for the theory and practice of suburban railway operation service organization in metropolitan area.There are 22 pictures,15 tables and 67 references. |
