Under the influence of various factors such as temperature stress and rolling stock load,the track line,which is the basis of railway operation,will produce geometric deformation of the structure,which will not only affect the service life of the rail,but also bring hidden risks to the operation safety.With the rapid development of railways and the continuous progress of science and technology,when the traditional "failure repair" and "periodic repair" can no longer meet the production and operation,the maturity and application of the rail inspection system makes it possible to conduct in-depth exploration of the track inspection data.It is possible to master the deterioration law of the track state,so as to realize the overall arrangement of the human and mechanical power of the public works system and the precise policy of the diseased area,and achieve a win-win situation of production safety and operating income.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign researches on track quality status and track geometric irregularity prediction,statistical analysis is made on the historical detection data of Shitai Line.Research in the following areas:(1)Analyze the cause and impact of abnormal detection data.By studying the historical detection data of Shitai Line from 2019 to 2021,use the orbit change rate method and the absolute mean method to identify the abnormal data,and use the linear interpolation method.Perform data repair.(2)Statistical analysis was carried out on the detection data of the small radius curve section and the straight section respectively.According to the performance characteristics of the track geometric irregularity change,the change law was studied from the three aspects of waveform,periodicity and development and deterioration rate,and the small radius was obtained by comparison.The similarities and differences of the variation characteristics of a curve compared to a straight segment.(3)Based on the variation characteristics of track geometric irregularity,the trend prediction model of track geometric irregularity is selected to predict the straight line and the small radius curve section respectively,and compare the deterioration difference of the small radius curve compared with the straight line section.Combined with the concept of track quality index management value,a maintenance decision-making model of Shitai Line is proposed.
