A Study On The Protection Of Traditional Korean Villages Under The Vision Of Rural Revitalization

The strategy of rural vitalization was proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,indicating the direction of the protection and development of traditional villages in new era.There has been a big gap in the development of our country’s urban and rural areas for a long time,and traditional Korean villages are facing many development problems.Against this background,in this paper,starting from the overall requirement of "prosper industries,livable ecology,civilized local customs,effective governance and rich life" as pointed out in the strategy of rural revitalization,the author explores the realistic path for the protection of traditional Korean villages from the village environment,cultural inheritance,grass-roots governance,rural industry development and other aspects.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction.In this part,the author firstly identifies the research purpose and significance of the protection of traditional Korean villages,summaries and analyzes rural revitalization,protection of traditional villages,research status of traditional Korean villages at home and abroad,then sums up the key points of the strategy of rural revitalization and the research methods of traditional Korean village protection,and finally constructs the basic framework of the research.The second part is the overview of traditional Korean villages.Through extensive literature reading,the author knows the history of Korean migration well.On this basis,the author makes an overall analysis of the spatial layout,village scale,village pattern and cultural environment elements of the traditional Korean villages,and summarizes the value characteristics of the villages.The third part is about the strategy of rural revitalization and the protection of traditional Korean villages.Under new era,many new requirements of the protection of traditional Korean villages have been put forward due to the strategy of rural revitalization.At present,the decline of village environment,the decline of traditional culture,the sluggish development of rural economy,and the shortage of human resources appear in the traditional Korean villages.Hence,on the basis of the new requirements of the new era and the practical problems faced by village development,based on the principles of traditional village protection,the author puts forward the village protection strategies from the aspects of establishing and perfecting the protection mode,constructing the ecological livable village environment,protecting the traditional village features and promoting the development of village industry.The fourth part is about the design and practice of protection of traditional Korean villages.Taking the previous three chapters as the theoretical basis and methodological guidance,and Mengling Village in Hunchun City as an example,the author conducts research from the aspects of geographic location and development history,economic and social development level,village pattern,village architecture,and village cultural inheritance,and analyzes the problems that faced by the development of the villages.Then,the author starts with the protection and renewal of the village space environment,the construction of the village culture,the transformation and development of the village industry,and the improvement of the village governance efficiency,and makes the path and strategy for the protection and development of Mengling village.In this paper,the study on the protection of traditional Korean villages is carried out from the village space environment protection,village culture construction,village industry development,village governance and so on guided by the strategy of rural revitalization and combined with the existing problems of tradition Korean villages.What’s more,taking Mengling Village of Hunchun City as an example to explore the protection and development strategy can provide a useful reference for the protection and development of traditional villages in the areas inhabited by the Korean nationality in China.
