Classification And Planning Strategy Of Traditional Villages In Southeast Chongqing Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Traditional villages are an important carrier and spiritual home of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,an important part of the vast rural society,and the essence and foundation of China's agricultural culture.Different natural environment,regional culture and social and economic factors give birth to traditional villages with different styles and distinct characteristics.In recent years,under the multiple challenges and impacts of "agricultural modernization,rural urbanization,suburban urbanization and new rural construction,rural tourism development,and coordinated development of urban and rural areas",integrated villages have been constantly damaged by "constructive,developmental and tourism".Such a situation has not only attracted the attention of scholars,but also attracted the attention of the management.Comrade xi jinping said,"You can see the mountains,see the water,and remember to live in the countryside",which indicates the attachment of countless Chinese people to the rural life presented by traditional villages.However,traditional villages with different characteristics and problems urgently need "targeted" development ideas.As the contradiction between the value of traditional villages and the decline of villages is becoming increasingly prominent,the proposal of "rural revitalization strategy" provides a new historical opportunity for the scientific solution of the contradiction between the two.This paper with 37 traditional villages in southeastern Chongqing as the research object to solve the problems between the protection and utilization of traditional villages in southeastern Chongqing.To achieve the goal of revitalizing the rural villages in southeastern Chongqing.This paper summarizes the relevant theories of rural villages in rural areas and implements the theory of rural revitalization.Based on the historical heritage protection theory,organic renewal theory and evaluation theory,it summarizes the successful experiences of rural villages and non-traditional villages in rural revitalization.Traditional villages provide theoretical guidance and experience reference;and through the comparison of traditional village classification tools and research tools,the classification method of traditional villages in southeastern Chongqing,which is based on AHP,supplemented by Delphi method and mean comparison method,is determined.System;through the investigation of 37 traditional villages in southeastern Chongqing,find out its advantages and problems;analyze and compare the current national indicator system "traditional village evaluation and identification index system(trial)","National Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan 2018-2022" indicator system,Combined with the advantages and problems of the traditional villages in southeastern Chongqing,the regional evaluation and supplement of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the traditional villages in southeastern Chongqing was carried out from the aspects of system construction,index selection and scoring standards,and the construction of “village style civilization,ecological livability and industry” was constructed.Jidong,which is prosperous,effective in governance,and prosperous in life Traditional village comprehensive evaluation index system and score sheet;score 37 villages in southeastern Chongqing,and use the mean comparison method to describe the characteristics of 37 traditional villages according to “typical advantages,reference advantages,typical disadvantages,reference disadvantages”;The types of traditional villages in southeastern Chongqing are divided into six categories: comprehensive gravity type,ecological security type,characteristic leading type,industrial driving type,governance upgrading type and cultural reshaping type.Based on this,each type is a traditional village of this type.For example,analyze its existing advantages and problems,and focus on the planning strategies applicable to this type.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the plan,a planning and implementation guarantee mechanism for implementing the rural revitalization strategy for the traditional village classification in southeastern Yunnan was proposed.
