With the increase of a rail trabtor’s speed and capacity,there are different degrees of dynamic performance problems in the process of long-term service.The riding safety and comfort of the rail trabtor are directly affected by the dynamic performance,so the research in this field has attracted the attention of scholars worldwide.Based on the dynamic performance of the rail trabtor,combined with the structural characteristics and relevant technical parameters of the rail trabtor,and considering the nonlinear factors of the rail trabtor,the riding line model,the train model and track irregularity excitation model are established.According to the dynamic performance specification of the rail trabtor in China,the dynamic performance of the rail trabtor is studied by numerical simulation,and the suspension system of the rail trabtor is optimized.Finally,the vibration response of the bogie frame is controlled based on the particle damping technology,and the dynamic performance of the rail trabtor is further optimized.The specific research content of the dissertation is as follows:(1)Based on the actual operation of the rail trabtor,the riding states of wheelsets,bogie frame and carriage are analyzed,and the related motion differential equations are established.the mathematical model of the rail trabtor is assumed and simplified according to the kinematic equation.On this basis,the whole railway vehicle dynamic model is constructed based on the multi-body dynamics theory.(2)According to the Runge-Kutta integral algorithm,the riding quality,riding stability and curve passing of the rail trabtor are calculated and analyzed.Based on the national standard GB/T17426-1998,the riding stability and curve negotiation performance through nonlinear critical speed,axle transverse force and derailment coefficient are evaluated by the Sperling index.The results shows that the dynamic performance of the rail trabtor conforms to the national standards.(3)Based on the simulation results of the original transmission parameters,the optimization of the suspension parameters is carried out,The theoretical optimization results are verified by simulation.The results shows that the theoretical calculation is correct.(4)Based on the finite element theory,the free modes of the bogie frame are calculated,and the natural frequencies and modal shapes of the bogie frame are obtained.In order to verify the correctness of finite element calculation,the free mode test of bogie frame is carried out by using B&K equipment.The test results verify the accuracy of the finite element calculation.It lays a foundation for the next step of the research.(5)In order to further optimize the dynamic performance of the rail trabtor,the vibration response of the bogie frame is optimized based on particle damping technology.On the basis of studying the optimal particle mass and diameter of particle damping,the optimal particle distribution of particle damping in bogie frame is explored.
