| At present,China is in the stages of economic and social transitions and the initial of ecological civilization construction.With the agricultural development stage transition and the continuous advancement of ecological civilization construction,the problems such as land ecology degradation appearing in the traditional agricultural land consolidation mode have become gradually prominent so that this mode fails to satisfy the requirements of both ecological civilization construction and social and economic development in the new era.Therefore,the classical land consolidation mode must be transited into ecological land consolidation mode,and some important ideas,including land ecological protection and environmental protection,should be introduced into land consolidation mode.We must change the mode of one-sided pursuit of increasing cultivated land quantity and improving cultivated land quality into ecological and environmental protection,so as to realize farmland ecosystem protection and land quality improvement,and to reach land health and sustainable development.Hence,it is essential to carry out ecological land consolidation which is in need of both national strategic development and the trend of land consolidation.In this paper,we adopt the methods of literature analysis and example verification to attempt to explore the ecological land consolidation mode in agricultural space.We attempt to realize the ecological land consolidation in agricultural space in two aspects including quantity scale control and spatial layout of land consolidation.First of all,we build the quantity scale control model,and calculate ideal quantity scale of a variety of land use types under the different constraints in ecological,economic and landscape objective so as to reach the maximizations of ecological,economic and landscape value as a whole.We conduct spatial layout design of ecological land consolidation to try to optimize the spatial layout of land use,and to try to improve ecological environment and landscape value,and to attempt to reduce agricultural non-point source pollution.We take ecological improvement measures that match the spatial layout to realize the objectives of ecological land improvement.In the end,the ecological land consolidation mode is applied in the example to be verified.The main results are as follows:(1)Inadequate consideration of ecological landscape in traditional land consolidation.By reviewing the relevant literature,the ecological landscape issues are filtered from the perspectives of planning layout,micro-design and consolidation technology and so on.It is concluded that the traditional land consolidation planning layout ignores the ecological system cycle,excessive pursuit of hardened materials,and the lack of ecological technical support for land consolidation.(2)Quantity scale control model on ecological land consolidation in agricultural space is constructed.We respectively analyze the notation of three objectives including ecological economic and landscape one,and reveal their coupling relationship among these objectives,and construct multi-objective indicators for ecological land consolidation in agricultural space in order to attempt to achieve the maximizations of ecological,economic and landscape value.In the investigating,we use the linear planning software,for example Lingo,to estimate the best land quantity scale allocation which plays a role of‘quantity’in ecological land consolidation activity,for land use types.(3)Spatial layout of ecological land consolidation is designed.Spatial layout makes the best land quantity scale allocation for land use types be distributed in geo-space,so as to improve the quality of ecological land consolidation.The topics and procedure of investigation is standardized before conducting spatial layout design.The principles and methods of zoning are clarified and even presented.The functional zoning framework of ecological land consolidation is constructed.According to the three preset objectives of ecological land consolidation,the spatial optimization design is conducted,and the corresponding ecological protection measures are put forward in order to try to solve the ecological problems that may exist or occur in the zoning framework.(4)The ecological land consolidation mode is verified in Tea Plantation Village,Xuyi County,Jiangsu province,China.According to the research,the ecological land consolidation planning and design of Tea Plantation Village in Xuyi County is expected to increase the cultivated land area by 8.21hm~2,increase the value of ecological services by RMB 2.3×10~6,connect the“patches-corridor-matrix”of the landscape,and reduce the landscape fragmentation index.,The landscape pattern has been optimized.The results show that,according to the three preset objectives of ecological land consolidation,we can determine the best land use structure,and obtain the best land quantitative scale allocation of various land use types,and realize the maximizations of ecological,economic and landscape objectives through the quantity scale control model.In essence,these objectives refer the increases in cultivated land area,and in the economic value and ecological landscape value.Through the optimization of spatial pattern,we can improve the ornamental of landscape.Corridor optimization and patch matrix optimization can improve the overall landscape and reduce landscape fragmentation.Ecological purification project can reduce agricultural non-point source pollution and greatly enhance the value of ecological services. |
