| Water is the basic element of human survival,the dependent element of economic fortune,and the ecological environment’s control element.There are great temporal and spatial differences in the distribution of water resources in China.Water diversion project is an important way to adjust the uneven distribution of water resources and realize the rational development,utilization and optimal allocation of water resources.The decision-making of water transmission line of water diversion project is an important research topic related to engineering technology and cost,environmental and social impact,and so on.For the determination of water transmission line of water diversion project,generally,multiple alternative schemes meeting the requirements of the specification are preliminarily selected according to the basic data of the project and the requirements of the design specification.On this basis,the comprehensive decision of the final scheme is made from multiple construction objectives such as economy,technology,water supply effect,social stability and environmental impact.In the past,the decision-making analysis of water transmission line of water diversion project was mainly carried out through simple technical and economic comparison.There are some problems,such as incomplete analysis,unreasonable evaluation index and objective evaluation method.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing the theoretical research results,this paper studies the scheme decision-making of water transmission line,takes the systematic method of comprehensive and objective multi-objective decision-making of water transmission line of water diversion project as the research direction,and uses the grey correlation analysis method to compare and select the schemes.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the water diversion project’s water transmission line,the factors affecting the decision-making of the water diversion project’s water transmission line are analyzed.(2)Build a multi-objective decision-making index system for water transmission line scheme of diversion project based on economic evaluation,engineering technology,water supply effect,social stability and environmental factors.SPSSAU software is used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and a method model for calculating the weight of each index by using the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is proposed.(3)Construction of a decision model for water transmission lines based on gray correlation degree analysis and its process and method for realizing the decision.(4)Using the above model and grey correlation analysis method,taking the water transmission line scheme decision of a large diversion project as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on multi-objective scheme decision-making.The multi-objective decision-making system proposed in this study has a comprehensive and reasonable index system,the analysis model is in line with the actual characteristics of water diversion projects,and the evaluation results are reasonable,which can be applied for reference in the practice of water transmission line decision-making in water diversion projects. |
