Research On Quality Standard Evaluation System Of Housing Construction Engineering

In recent years,the GDP of the construction industry continued to grow at a high speed,construction industry has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy.However,with the rapid development,many problems have been exposed.Among them,quality and safety have always been the top priority.In order to guide the construction industry to carry out construction quality and safety improvement actions,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development has issued ‘construction quality and safety manual’.The provincial housing and urban rural development departments have also formulated a series of construction quality and safety improvement schemes around the manual.The Department of housing and urban rural development of Jilin Province has established an information-based management system ‘construction quality and safety manual management system’ based on ‘construction quality and safety manual’.And carried out the subject of ‘Research on multi governance mechanism of construction quality and safety manual’ around the system.One of the sub subject needs to establish a‘quantitative evaluation model of quality and safety standardization’ for the quantitative scoring system of the ‘manual system’.This paper will carry out preliminary theoretical research for the modeling of this sub subject and discuss the way to establish the quality standard evaluation system of housing construction engineering,and put forward effective suggestions for the follow-up modeling work.Firstly,this paper studies the existing construction engineering quality evaluation system at home and abroad,and compares the quality evaluation system and evaluation methods at home and abroad.Secondly,through literature research and field investigation,this paper summarizes the current situation of construction engineering standardization and the main factors affecting the quality of housing construction engineering.Thirdly,deeply analyzes the current domestic evaluation system.According to the modeling requirements of the subject and the discussion results of experts,it is determined to establish the basic framework of the evaluation system with reference to China’s construction engineering quality evaluation standards and the construction quality standardization evaluation methods of various provinces and cities.Fourthly,on the basis of this framework,the conclusions of expert discussion and the weights of domestic evaluation indexes are further adopted,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights of indexes at all levels of the evaluation system.Fifthly,select the project with comprehensive information in the ‘construction quality and safety manual management system’,simulate the process of computer automatic calculation and judgment,and analyze whether the evaluation system can cooperate with the manual system to realize automatic scoring.Finally,according to the process and results of the test,the key points of the evaluation system and subsequent modeling of the subject need to be optimized,and the suggestions for the optimization of the manual system to support the project quality and safety evaluation are made.
