The Study Of Yantai Housing Construction Engineering Quality Inspection System

Housing construction is a social issue to which great importance has been attached by different countries' governments. With the development of the economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the scale of housing construction is getting larger, housing quality is viewed as more and more importance by the government and the society. The core of constructive products is project quality, and project quality is decided by the measures and pressure of construction quality inspection. In the new situation how to improve the management of housing quality inspection and its management system is an urgent problem to solve.The context of this thesis includes the following aspects:First, the thesis introduces the basic theory and methods about construction quality, housing quality and total quality management.Second, by analyzing the case of housing quality in Yantai and its problems, the thesis concludes the reasons for these problems.Third, by comparing the system of the construction quality inspection in developed countries, experience in developed countries has been concluded, which can instruct the development direction of our construction quality inspection.Fourth, the thesis introduces the ideas about how to build up an effective construction quality inspection system in the international market situation. It includes strengthening governmental macro control and carrying out comprehensive construction quality management which is "whole process, all aspects and whole personnel" quality management, implementing ISO9000 quality management system continuously to improve construction quality.Finally, the thesis concludes the new construction quality inspection system, and lists three questions for further discussion.By studying the housing quality inspection system in Yantai, the thesis introduces the direction of improvement and reform, meanwhile, it can also be used for reference in the academic field of our country's construction quality inspection, so it has certain theoretical and practical significance.
