With the advancement of women’s ideological level in the world,the status of women at home and abroad has been greatly improved.However,due to the physiological differences between men and women,the female group lacks the ability to protect themselves and is still vulnerable to sexual harassment and infringement.As a result,the issue of women’s personal safety has received widespread attention from society.However,the existing female safety protection products have insufficient functional targeting,inconvenience to carry,and do not meet the aesthetic needs of women.Therefore,while meeting the needs of female users,it should also be aimed at the effectiveness of the product on the male role group.Conduct in-depth research.This paper uses questionnaire survey,literature retrieval method,SET factor analysis method,sensory evaluation technology,fuzzy mathematical analysis method to design and research female safety protection products,and build an innovative design method for female safety protection products based on SET and sensory evaluation technology.The article expands the design research on women’s safety protection products from five parts: First,the author elaborates on the background of the topic,the status quo of research and development at home and abroad,research purposes and significance,research content and methods;secondly,it analyzes the use of women’s safety protection products Objects and role objects,have a preliminary understanding of the characteristics of female users and role male groups,and determined the application of SET factor analysis method and sensory evaluation technology;thirdly,study the principles,characteristics and development status of SET factor analysis method and sensory evaluation technology respectively Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two,complementarity,and the possibility of innovative integrated application;then,apply the innovative integrated design method to the research on the design of female safety products,and use the SET factor analysis method to target female users and product effects on male objects Questionnaire survey and data analysis,research on product opportunity gaps,and propose new macro SET design guidelines for female safety protection products.Under the constraints of SET design guidelines,in-depth mining and screening of the needs of female users,researching the effectiveness of products on male groups,and adopting semantics Preliminary design of sensory evaluation questionnaires based on the difference method.According to the evaluation scores of the gender objects and the role gender objects,the visual,tactile,auditory and olfactory sensory evaluation images are determined,the target sensory vocabulary of product design is selected,and women are proposed based on the hierarchy diagram analysis method.A hierarchical diagram of the design elements of safety protection products;finally,the priority of design elements is evaluated by fuzzy mathematics and applied to the element selection of the preliminary product design scheme.For multiple preliminary design schemes,sensory evaluation experiments are designed,and scores are selected based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The highest plan is the final plan and in-depth product design of the final plan.The innovative design final solution obtained through the above methods solves the problems of the existing female personal safety protection products with weak efficacy and poor protection against security crimes and malignant incidents.Under the premise of meeting the needs of users,the design and research of female safety protection products are completed to improve Effectiveness of the product to prevent sexual orientation violations.At the same time,taking women’s safety protection products as the research object,it verified the feasibility of product design innovation based on SET and sensory evaluation technology,and provided new ideas for the innovation and development of women’s safety protection products.
