| With the rapid economic development,domestic enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Manufacturing is the main force in the growth of the national economy.Among them,the automobile manufacturing industry plays an important role.While domestic enterprises are actively expanding their business scales,they have Financial risks cannot be ignored.Therefore,timely and accurate assessment and prevention of risks have become an important part of business management.The thesis takes Tieling LP Special Purpose Vehicle Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and selects relevant financial data from 2015 to 2019 as the research sample,using risk management theory and life cycle theory,from five aspects of profit,operation,debt repayment,development and cash flow Identified that the company has financial risks such as poor sales ability,loss,inventory backlog,long recovery time,high debt,and insufficient cash flow.The entropy method and correlation analysis method are used to construct a financial risk that includes 10 financial indicators.Financial risk evaluation index system;and then use the efficiency coefficient method to score the company’s financial risks in each year and determine the risk level.The evaluation results show that LP Special Purpose Vehicle Co.,Ltd.is at a smaller risk,a smaller risk,and a larger risk in 2015-2019.Risk,major risk and major risk range;finally,the financial risk evaluation system proposes to strengthen employees’ awareness of financial risk management,establish financial risk management departments,and improve corporate internal control guarantees Measures: In response to the problems of risk,it is proposed to strengthen cost control,improve sales capabilities,strengthen accounts receivable management,avoid bad debt risks,adjust debt structure,expand financing methods,strengthen cash flow supervision,and ensure financial with sufficient cash flow Risk prevention countermeasures.The thesis has 8 figures,34 tables,and 50 references. |
