Research On Financial Risk Early Warning Of Yongtai Energy Compan

Under the influence of supply-side reform and green and low-carbon policies,the competition in coal industry is becoming more and more intense,and the financial risks it faces are also more and more.Therefore,reasonable assessment of financial risk,and early warning,the development of enterprises is of great significance.This article takes Yongtai Energy Company as the research object,carries on the identification,the appraisal and the control research to its financial risk.Based on the 2017-2021,this paper first introduces Yongtai Energy Company and identifies its financial risk from four dimensions of financing,investment,operation and income distribution risk,and analyzed the financial risk early warning work present situation and the existence question.Based on the above analysis,an early warning system for financial risks was established.Based on the principles of materiality,comprehensiveness and Operability,19 early warning indicators for financial risks were identified and the weights of the indicators were calculated using the entropy method,through correlation analysis,the index is screened twice,and the standard value of financial risk early-warning index is defined according to the standard value of enterprise performance evaluation issued by SASAC,the data confirm that Yongtai energy reduced its high-risk to medium-risk 2021 in 2017-2021,and that the company’s operations improved,but it is still in the middle and downstream stages of the industry.Therefore,this article will be based on financing operation and income distribution risk four dimensions of financial risk management means,and financial risk early warning for its problems in the proposed safeguard measures.The analysis of this paper can perfect the application of financial risk early-warning theory system,and can also provide reference for other enterprises of the same type to optimize financial risk early-warning system.
