| In this paper,the fluid simulation software Flowmaster is used to simplify the modeling of the typical points of the regional cooling system.In the system model,according to the steps of the equal proportion adjustment method,the hydraulic balance debugging is carried out by simulating the change of the valve opening,and the flow distribution value in the simulation model is analyzed.An optimized equal proportion adjustment method is obtained,which is used to adjust the hydraulic pressure of the actual project and reduce the actual cost The time and difficulty of engineering debugging can improve the efficiency and accuracy of on-site adjustment.Taking the hydraulic balance debugging project of an air conditioning chilled water system in a university in East China as an example,the measured data of debugging by using the optimization method and the conventional empirical method are analyzed.The measured data show that the optimization method has obvious efficiency improvement and accuracy guarantee.In this paper,the problem of water hammer in the system under the condition of sudden valve closing is simulated and calculated,and the causes and solutions are analyzed to ensure the safe operation of the hydraulic system.According to the conclusion of simulation analysis,the improvement and optimization suggestions for the selection of cold and heat sources,piping system layout,hydraulic calculation and equipment selection in the system design are put forward,which has a positive guiding significance for the hydraulic balance debugging and water system design of the regional air conditioning cooling system. |
