| With the continuous development of science and technology,intelligent manufacturing has become the wave of the new era.The state has issued a number of policies to support the manufacturing enterprises to transform to intelligent.As the only way for enterprises to advance intelligent manufacturing,digital factory have attracted more and more attention of many enterprises.In order to respond to the call of the government to build a manufacturing power,and also to enhance their own competitive advantage,many enterprises are facing difficulties We began to build digital factory.As a systematic project,the construction of digital factory is highly uncertain and complex,and various risks will be encountered in the process.These risks will affect the construction process and construction effect.Consequently,the digital factory construction of risk management is of great significance.This paper uses the WBS-RBS coupling matrix method to more comprehensively identify the risk factors of digital factory construction,and establishes a risk factor evaluation index system based on expert opinions.In order to better understand the influence mechanism of risk factors on the construction of digital factory,this paper further studies the interaction between risk factors by constructing an interpretative structure model.To deal with the uncertainty and complexity of digital factory construction risk,this paper constructs a risk evaluation model based on cloud model.In the aspect of weight calculation,combining with the actual situation of digital factory construction,the interval value hesitating fuzzy entropy method and the improved CRITIC weight method are combined to improve the accuracy of weight calculation.In order to further verify the applicability of the established risk evaluation model,this paper evaluates the risk of building a digital factory in enterprise A,and concludes that the comprehensive risk level of building a digital factory in enterprise A is medium.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the corresponding risk control strategies are formulated for the risk factors with higher risk level.Aiming at the risk management of digital factory construction,This paper discusses the risk management in the process of digital factory construction,which provides the theoretical basis and risk evaluation method for the risk management in the construction of digital factory in manufacturing enterprises. |
