| In the social and economic environment of fierce competition,modern electric power enterprises not only need to improve the power function,but also need to improve the service quality,and also necessary to improve the comprehensive quality of the professional technicians by optimizing the training system.The Awat County Power Supply Company of State Grid was registered and established on December 24,2014.As a new recruit of the power enterprises,the structure of the company’s professional technicians and the overall quality of the professional technicians determines the company’s economic strength and supports the development space of the company.So,efficient professional technician training has become an inevitable measure to strengthen the human resources team and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.Through the optimization design of training system for technical staff of Awat County Power Supply Company of State Grid,the overall quality and training effect of the professional technicians of the company have been effectively improved,thus for the company’s sustainable and healthy development.In addition,the research results of this paper can provide a reference for the optimization design of similar enterprise staff training system.Firstly,the research status,research significance,research background and research methods of professional technician training are introduced,and the related theories such as demand analysis theory are sorted out.Secondly,the current situation of training system for professional technicians of Awat County Power Supply Company of State Grid is analyzed and summarized by using questionnaire survey,interviews,data analysis and several problems existing in the training system are pointed out,such as the company’s low position on the training of the professional technicians,the low enthusiasm of the professional technicians on the training,the regulations for professional technicians training system are incomplete,professional technicians training organization management system is imperfect,corporate culture propaganda atmosphere is not strong,professional technicians training environment system is imperfect,and the insufficient resource guarantee for the training work,etc,and the reasons for the existence of the problem are objectively analyzed.Thirdly,taking the company’s development strategy as the starting point,based on the various components of the existing professional technicians training system,from the perspective of company’s professional technician training needs,the formulation of training plans,the implementation of training,the evaluation and analysis of training effects,the company’s professional technician training system is analyzed and optimized.Finally,the safeguard measures for the normal operation of the optimized system are put forward in four aspects,as organization guarantee,then system guarantee,resource guarantee and environment guarantee and the research results are summarized,the future research direction is prospected. |
