Nanjing Yongle Community Center Design

With the construction of new urban areas and the upgrading of the quality of the old urban areas,more and more attention has been paid to the public facilities in the city.As an important unit of urban public facilities,the development of community center tends to be integrated.At the same time,the space of traditional community center has gradually cannot meet the demand of residents of the dynamic and the variety of activities,community center as a materialized community spirit cultivation,for residents to provide basic services at the same time,encourage residents association activities,improve residents community identity,is a development trend of community center.The background of smart city and post-epidemic era puts forward higher requirements for the publicity of community centers.This paper takes the design of the community center on South Yongle Road in Nanjing as the starting point,and through the research and analysis of the development of community centers at home and abroad and specific cases,concludes and summarizes the methods of continuous space design of community centers from the perspectives of functional organization and space construction,and forms guiding strategies.Then,in the design of the community center on South Yongle Road in Nanjing,the complex functional needs of the community center were solved through functional composite and traffic organization,and the openness and inclusiveness of the community center were improved through continuous space construction.This paper is structurally divided into two parts.The first design research focuses on the strategy of building continuous space of the community center,consisting of four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,design significance and design research scope.The second chapter is the research and case study of the current situation of community centers,which elaborates the development situation of foreign neighborhood centers represented by the West and Singapore and the practice process of domestic community centers,and selects two specific cases for in-depth study and summarizes the design techniques.The third chapter discusses the construction strategy of continuous space of community center through functional compound research,space publicity expansion,organization of public space and functional space,etc.Chapter iv as the design practice,through project overview in this paper,the project location,master planning and commitments,such as basic situation,found the problem and put forward the strategy to solve the problem,then expounds the overall strategy plan design,guided by the specific focus on general layout,the functional composite generation logic,plane design,traffic organization,form,Finally,it focuses on the application of community center continuum construction in this design,strengthens the concept of continuum,and completes the detailed architectural design scheme.The second part is the design results of the community center of South Yongle Road in Nanjing,which mainly includes technical drawings,effect drawings and various analysis drawings.The body of this paper is about 24 000 words,with 51 pictures and tables.
