Plunger pumps are widely used in the hydraulic industry and have the advantages of large instantaneous power and high ultimate pressure.However,the plunger pump will produce flow pulsation,vibration,noise and other undesirable phenomena when it is working,which will affect the working performance of the hydraulic system.In this thesis,the research object is the A10 VS series plunger pump,and the three-dimensional model of the parts and components are established by solidworks and the hydraulic simulation model is established on the AMESim platform.Re-establishing a new system model by Changing the external parameters of the hydraulic simulation model such as the inclination angle of the swash plate,the diameter of the orifice,the number of plungers,the speed,etc.After Simulating and analyzing the flow pulsation phenomenon of the new model,an optimal parameter group is obtained.The stress and strain conditions of key components are analyzed through Workbench platform,and the modal analysis is performed on the receptor shell with the most excitation sources,its natural frequency are found which matches rotation speed may trigger the resonance.According to the actual stress concentration occurred at triangular groove of the valve plate and the factors affecting the size of the flow pulsation,a number of parameters have been optimized for the valve plate,and the triangular groove structure has been reset in combination with the optimization goal to achieve the requirements of small deformation and light weight.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:1.When the inclination angle of the swash plate changes in the range of 12°-20°,the flow pulsation changes between 3.23% and 7.25%;when the orifice diameter changes in the range of 1mm-3mm,the flow pulsation changes between 1.15% and5.12%;When the number of plungers changes between 4-9,the flow pulsation changes between 8.42%-4.86%;when the speed is 1700r/min,the minimum flow pulsation rate is 6.04%;2.The optimal combination parameters of the triangular groove are the apex angle of 10°,the arc length of 10 mm,and the flow pulsation at 4.5%.When the optimal single parameters are combined together as an overall simulation,the flow pulsation rate is2.42%;3 As the optimization target,the quality,equivalent strain and equivalent stress of the valve plate has been optimized.The optimized mass has been reduced by 7.4%,the equivalent stress has been reduced by 14.6%,and the equivalent effect has become0.000330mm;...
