| Trimming is a fundamental tool in modern TRIZ theory and is a practical method for improving technical systems and enhancing ideality.Process trimming is processbased trimming,whose technical system is defined as the production process of the product under study.By organizing and pruning the operations in its process,the resources of system itself or supersystem are used efficiently to solve problems,which could streamline the organization of the process,reduce costs and increase the efficiency of the enterprise.To improve product process flow,this thesis introduces trimming theory into process flow optimization.To address the problems of ambiguity and abstraction of process-based trimming methods and the limitations of relying on the knowledge and experience of practical operators strongly,an optimization of algorithm combining primitive theory of Extenics with process trimming is proposed.The process-based trimming model in TRIZ theory and primitive theory are analyzed and summarized.The common starting points and theoretical advantages of the two theories are compared.Adding the advantages of formatted problem representation of prolongable primitives and deeply information mining into the algorithm,which based on the guidance of functional analysis and trimming rules,this model enhances the efficiency of trimming operation selection.At the same time,it constructs a process optimization model based on the trimming model above.The tools as causal chain analysis,resource analysis,function-oriented search,knowledge base and effect base search and contradiction analysis are introduced into the model to assist in the search for the final solutions.The model includes preliminary process flow analysis,process flow trimming analysis,process flow trimming and concept solving.Finally,the optimization process model is applied to the innovative design of the process flow of the forced double horizontal shaft mixing plant.Considering the actual production situation of the forced double horizontal shaft mixing plant,it analyzes the process flow.And the process trimming optimization is mainly applied to the mixing process of forced double horizontal shaft mixing plant.Process improvement scheme of double spiral with continuous blade mixing is developed on the basis of the process optimization model.In turn the effectiveness of the process optimization model based on improved trimming theory is demonstrated. |
