| The core factor of enterprises score a success in the fierce market competition is that quickly developed high performance,low price products to meet the changing needs of people.As a tool to solve the problem of TRIZ theory,trimming has the advantages of simplifying the structure,reducing the cost,resolving the system conflict,and accelerating the idealization of the system.Effective trimming methods can meet the said demand of the people in a short time,so that enterprises can occupy an absolute advantage in the fierce competition.Although there have been many research results of trimming methods in recent years,but there are still some problems due to the late development,mainly: The limitation of the trimming elements determination,the limitation of the trimming way and the limitation of the useful function allocation after trimming.Aiming at the problems existed in the trimming process,this paper puts forward two kinds of trimming element determination methods,the two trimming modes and a useful function allocation method based on the research and summary of previous studies,respectively:1.A new method about determined of the trimming elements was proposed based on the analysis of the problems attributes and the root cause.Firstly,the initial problem to find the initial conflict area.Then we need to analysis internal causes and attribute of the three components in the internal conflict.Finally,based on the analysis of the conflict area and the reason controllability seek out the final conflict area and determined the trimming elements,and a computer aided software was developed based on the this method.2.Considering from the cost,useful function and negative function,and the three aspects were weighted by using entropy method,so constructed a method of determining the trimming element priority based on the ideal level,and a computer aided software was developed based on the this method.3.This paper proposed a progressive trimming process method.It is to trim unit element first,and then trim the conflict areas which was extended by add the element,so as to realize progressive trimming,it can tested trimming solutions of the different range.Finally,the innovative design of the machine for grain selling as a example,applying the aided innovation design software that based on the method developed to achieved theprogressive trimming process of the machine for grain selling.4.A trimming method to problem functional elements and process based on functional structure study on idealization were proposed.Firstly of all,the function element of main problem(the functional element that needs to be cut)was determined by comparing ideal solution and actual solution.Then,we put forward a trimming method that the function element of main problem as source is spread to the surrounding.Finally,the effectiveness of the trimming process was verified by an example of the washing machine.5.It put forward a useful functional allocation method of combining subjective analysis and objective principle.First of all,the ten trimming rules were extracted through the seven idealized models to guide the allocation of useful functions.Then,The corresponding relationship between trimming rules and inventive principles was constructed based on the similarity about the way of structural change.We put the effect library,patent library and the new principle as the source of knowledge,relying on the relation between trimming rules and inventive principles to find the solution.Finally,through the innovative design of the fruit peeler,verified the rationality of this method. |
