Research On Implementation Process Of Transformation Based On Extension-trimming

Product is the carrier of function.For products with complex application scenarios,especially those with uncertain usage environment and users,their input and output are constantly changing with the change of external environment.Any change may lead to the inadequacy of function or performance of products,which can not meet the needs of users.The insufficiency of dynamic function and performance is an important problem in the process of product improvement,which shows that the system can not normally achieve the expected function or performance because it can not adapt to the changing product,environment or super-system requirements.The product transformation design is one of the important ways to realize multi-functional integration and improve product dynamics.Through the analysis of literature at home and abroad,it is found that: Although some transformation principles and Facilitators are preliminarily extracted from the induction and deduction of existing transformation products.However,the design of transformation products still depends more on experience design.There is no perfect design method for how to design transformation products consciously and actively in advance.Aiming at the problems of new form discovery,selection of transformation components and conceptual design in the process of developing transformation products,Based on the principle of extension-trimming evolution in TRIZ,In order to realize the ability of product transformation,the process of product transformation is studied.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:1.Product Extension Research for New Form Discovery.Through the study of product expansion,we can find out the extension opportunity,direction,condition judgment of product expansion,search for products to be expanded and new form prediction,which are suitable for shape transformation design.Through these studies,we can find out the new form of products in the future.2.Research on the trimming process for transformation design.By improving the existing trimming process,the trimming elements are selected according to the requirements of transformation,and the principle and Facilitator of transformation are applied to the whole trimming process to make the trimming process suitable for the design of transformation products.3.Construct a transformation product design process based on extension-trimming.On the basis of studying the process of product expansion and trimming,a systematic process of transformation product design is established to guide the design of transformation products.4.Based on the design process of extended-trimming transformation product,the transformation design of electric wheelchair is carried out,and different design results are obtained by choosing different transformation Facilitator.
