Manufacturing execution system(MES)was used as a key tool at manufacturing management.It can optimize manufacturing process、quality problems、raw material inventory、customer order issue、manufacturing cost control problems.In current years,united states put forward new industrial revolution with re-industrialization,German put forward industry 4.0,and china 2025 plan that show the 4th industrial revolution coming.At the same time,the MES system is also fast upgraded iteration and used.Currently the new manufacturing execution system(MES)utilizes industry4.0 technology with big data technology、5G、AI、could computing、RFID、intelligent sensor technology and Interconnection with SAP or ERP systems that can realize data collection and follow of product manufacturing process data and make decision based on the data related.This thesis based on new manufacturing management and lean manufacturing related theories and tools.Beginning from Nexeed MES system application and used B Company manufacturing process as focus point.This thesis discusses the digitalization manufacturing management of assembly line based on Nexeed MES system.B company main problems are follows:(1)Manufacturing management process flow and data flow produces multiple data sources and can’t be matched;(2)The manufacturing management have data islands,and the data of each production management process is separated,which cannot be consistent;(3)Existing data cannot be effectively applied make decisions to support the manufacturing management.The thesis focuses on the above problems.Firstly,after learning the previous research results of MES implement condition.To understand the shortcomings or limitations of traditional MES.So based on the theory of manufacturing management、lean manufacturing、industry 4.0 technology to work-out the digital manufacturing management solution for B company manufacturing system.Secondly,based on Lean、IE、new production management theory.Using value flow chart,action analysis,JIT&Kanban management to analysis production management all process.Finally,used Nexeed MES system as tool to design new digitalization solutions to optimize the existing problems of manufacturing management by using AI technology、intelligent sensor technology、DMC and QR technology in B Company.This thesis not only discuss of MES new theory development based on industry 4.0technology,but also has practical significance(1)verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of manufacturing execution system(MES)based on industry 4.0technology and digitalization manufacturing concept;(2)Instructs related discrete manufacturing enterprises how to used MES system to optimize Manufacturing process;(3)Guide B company how to use the Nexeed MES system in the future to achieve greater revenue and how to support B company digitalization transform activity.
