With the rapid development of science and technology,the rail transit system has made great progress all over the world.Especially in China,with the absorption of advanced technology from abroad and the continuous innovation and exploration of domestic professionals,China’s rail transit industry has been reborn and has become a "star" industry again.Both scale and progressiveness have entered the forefront of the global industry and become a global benchmark.However,under the epidemic and the adjustment of national policies,China’s machinery manufacturing industry has undergone major changes: some labor-intensive,high-pollution,high-consumption,low-value manufacturing enterprises have been closed or adjusted;A number of new intelligent manufacturing enterprises with advanced technology and equipment and high economic benefits have achieved sustained development.KB is a new type of intelligent manufacturing enterprise.In recent years,with the rapid growth of the global rail transit market demand,it has brought challenges to the product supply of KB.It is extremely urgent to study how to optimize the capacity management and alleviate the capacity pressure.This article takes the KB Suzhou ZH brake unit production line(hereinafter referred to as the ZH production line)as the research object.Through literature analysis,case analysis,empirical analysis,and other methods,it elaborates on the production status of the ZH production line in detail,collects and analyzes existing problems,analyzes the root causes of problems,and uses the concept of lean production to start from four aspects: production planning,process management,personnel management,and equipment management,Study their impact on production capacity,and then optimize and manage these four aspects separately: develop effective SIOP processes to enhance the effectiveness of production plans;Introduce continuous improvement,optimize process flow,and increase production capacity;Establish and improve personnel training mechanisms,achieve standardized operations,and strengthen personnel management;Improve equipment reliability,reduce maintenance costs,and enhance the ability to sustain production.By optimizing and improving the above four aspects,establish an implementation plan and various guarantee measures to achieve capacity optimization.After a period of trial operation,these aspects have all improved and the production capacity has been significantly optimized.Through the research on capacity optimization of ZH production line in this paper,it is clarified that enterprises can optimize their capacity through internal management without increasing investment in personnel,equipment and production line,which has high theoretical basis and practical value for other machinery manufacturing industries. |
