Research On Optimization Strategy Of Water Heater Production Process In RM Company

With the rapid development of China’s economy over the past few decades,Household appliances have changed from high-end consumer goods to necessities of life.Recent years,domestic home appliance companies have developed rapidly and have launched fierce competition with foreign companies,leading to China becoming the most competitive place in the world.Because of this,the price of the product continues to decrease.as a result,companies have higher requirements for internal management,such as,cost control,efficiency improvement and rapid R&D.Besides,personalized customization has become the preference of consumers,with the development of the Internet,it’s the goal that how to improve the efficiency of enterprise management,but also meet the needs of customers’ personalized customization.Firsr,this article finds out the research questions in the investigation of the realistic and theoretical backgrounds,then outlines its research value,research methods and technical routes.In order to meet the demands of RM company,it is to realize the increase of limited production capacity with the investment of limited resources.We conducted a thorough investigation on the tank manufacturing workshop of RM,include existing production processes,equipment layout,process route etc.Then guided by the TOC and process optimization theory,through in-depth analysis of the problem,the root cause of the problem was found-the problem of production balance.Finally,based on the optimization principles formulated by the company,we used a variety of optimization methods to analyze and improve the existing process,including production line balance analysis method,fishbone diagram method,5W1 H method,ESIA method,etc.Then achieved the original purpose.In order to consolidate the results,the RM company has also done more in-depth work on production site management,quality management,supplier management and personnel incentives.By optimizing and improving the company’s process,this article finally achieved the goal of increasing the company’s unit time production capacity,shortening the delivery cycle,and improving the delivery time rate,and created conditions for the company to achieve customer personalized customization in the later period.In addition,through the writing of this article,it also provides materials for home appliance companies to use the TOC to solve the problem of optimization of production processes.
