Driven by policies,the scale and total amount of wind power equipment manufacturing industry in China continue to expand,and the level of intelligent technology of equipment continues to upgrade.With the comprehensive development of China’s power grid construction,wind power equipment is constantly updated,which directly affects the development of the wind power equipment manufacturing industry.More and more wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises are springing up,becoming an important force for China’s comprehensive construction of "smart grid,strong power grid".Shanghai Electric is just looking at the rapid development needs of the wind power industry,in line with its own professional knowledge and construction pace.It has entered the industry since September 2006,and is a new energy professional company for the design,manufacturing,sales,technical consultation and after-sales service of large wind turbine.First of all,this paper analyzes the R & D environment of Shanghai Electric,using pest tools to analyze the current political and legal environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment,focusing on the R & D ability,organization and human resource management ability,marketing ability,R &D financial investment ability,etc.,and combining with the actual situation of the enterprise to analyze the main problems of the enterprise.And through the enterprise SWOT table to analyze the causes of the enterprise problems.Therefore,it is analyzed that Shanghai Electric needs to specify corresponding R & D strategies to enhance its core competitiveness.From the perspective of organization and process innovation,product,service,integration and innovation,the main strategies to enhance core competitiveness are formulated,and specific measures and conditions to ensure the implementation of R & D strategy are proposed.The purpose of this paper is to study the R & D strategy of Shanghai electrical products as the starting point,and use the corresponding strategic analysis tools to provide the selection strategy for the R & D strategy of Shanghai electrical products.At the same time,I hope that through the analysis of this typical case of Shanghai Electric,it can give some reference to the enterprises in the relevant manufacturing industry.
