Distributed generation units(DGs)in microgrid have intermittent and fluctuating characteristics,which will reduce the power quality of microgrid and affect the normal operation of microgrid.The energy storage system(ESS)can buffer the energy peak and regulate the energy flow in the microgrid,so as to improve the stability and reliability of the microgrid.Therefore,the control strategy of ESS determines the performance of microgrid,which has been the research focus of microgrid technology.In this paper,an improved control strategy of microgrid ESS based on fuzzy control is studied,and the control effect is analyzed through simulation and experiment.In order to coordinate the inherent contradiction between the power distribution of ESS and the state of charge(SOC),it can quickly and accurately smooth the bus power fluctuations while protecting ESS and improving the economy and reliability of the microgrid.This paper proposes a fuzzy control strategy that takes into account the net power of the bus.Different from traditional fuzzy control,its advantage is that it does not rely on the power of a specific unit,but takes the power of tie line as the input variable,and introduces the net power change rate to speed up the response speed,so that it can be used in micro-controllers with multiple distributed power sources.There is a better control effect in the power grid.This paper analyzes the design process of the controller,designs fuzzy rules according to the effect of the controller,calculates the sum of the power of all units to obtain the net power of the bus and inputs it to the fuzzy controller,and then uses the center of gravity method to de-fuzzy to obtain the output of the ESS power.MATLAB simulation results show that the fuzzy control strategy proposed in this paper is better than PID,traditional fuzzy control,particle swarm algorithm and other methods on the power control of microgrid ESS.The parameters of fuzzy controller need to be adjusted in real time,otherwise the control effect will deviate from the design customization,and the variable universe fuzzy controller can be adjusted online through the expansion factor.In order to broaden the controller scope and reduce the steady-state error of the controller,combining the attention mechanism of artificial intelligence algorithm with fuzzy control,this paper proposes a method to optimize the scaling factor of variable universe fuzzy control by using the attention mechanism algorithm,and carries out simulation verification.Finally,according to the simulation topology,a test platform for the proposed improved fuzzy control is built in the microgrid laboratory,and the software of the central controller is designed and the program of the control strategy is tested.The test results show that the proposed fuzzy control strategy has obvious advantages.
