Homestay Renovation Design Under Thebackground Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In recent years,due to the rapid development of my country’s economy and the rapid rise of cities,the problem of unbalanced development between cities and villages has become significant.In order to improve the problem of rural development,the state has successively introduced related policies such as the construction of beautiful villages and poverty alleviation strategies to inject fresh blood into the development of rural areas.The appearance of the countryside has undergone tremendous changes under the strong support of the state.In order to further promote the development of rural areas,our party put forward the strategy of rural revitalization in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which promotes the development of rural industries,enhances the self-hematopoietic function of the rural areas,and enhances the internal development momentum of the rural areas to achieve rural rejuvenation.The rural revitalization strategy has promoted the development of the rural cultural tourism industry in various regions,and country houses came into being under the promotion of rural tourism.Due to the eagerness for success,the local traditional culture has been neglected in the development of country houses in our country,and the cases of excellent homestays in Japan,Chinese Taiwan and other places have been copied,resulting in the emergence of a thousand-sided homestay form.This kind of one-of-a-kind homestay is inconsistent with the local countryside and has lost its connection with traditional culture,and there is no expression of regional culture.Country houses without the support of traditional cultural connotations often cannot withstand the test of time and have an adverse impact on the sustainable development of the countryside.The renovation and design of country houses under the background of rural strategy should be adapted to local conditions.Each village has its own unique ecological environment and traditional culture.The cultural and regional characteristics of the house should be fully reflected in the process of renovation and design of the country house,so as to achieve "one village,one product".Let the rural traditional culture be inherited and promoted,and rural construction will be sustainable.This article takes the renovation design of Yunxi Shanshe Homestay in Baogaisi Village,Liuyang City as the research object,and investigates the location environment around the homestay,the current status of the homestay,and the local history and humanistic environment.The overall planning and layout of the original old house area starts from three aspects:architecture and interior design,and landscape design.Create a family-style rural residence space based on the premise of protecting the surrounding natural ecological environment and continuing the local traditional rural culture.While continuing the local architectural context,it awakens visitors’ rural memories.In the construction of outdoor landscape,on the basis of conforming to the original landform,drawing on the layout and design rules of traditional Chinese gardens to create a garden-like landscape space.Based on the ecological,cultural,regional,and experiential design principles as a whole,Yunxi Shanshe has been transformed into a quiet and beautiful countryside with "fishing in the stream,and singing of birds in the mountains.The sunset and the wind wake up in the mountains and the beautiful clouds and creeks." A secluded place.
