Research On The Planning Of Human Settlement Environment Improvement In Caigang Village,Lankao County,Henan Province

With the rapid development of economy and society and the realization of all rural poor people out of poverty under the current standards,China’s "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" work has entered the stage of consolidating and expanding the key achievements of poverty eradication and effectively connecting with rural revitalization.It is inevitable that urban and rural factors flow equally and public resources are reasonably allocated.According to the general requirements of "prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance and rich life" for rural revitalization,the construction of rural living environment is of great significance to improve the quality of farmers’ living and production level,promote rural revitalization and accelerate agricultural and rural modernization.By consulting a large number of literature,this paper summarizes the theory and practice of rural human settlements planning and construction at home and abroad,and preliminarily discusses the planning strategy of rural human settlements improvement under the background of Rural Revitalization in China.Investigate and analyze the current situation and problems of the living environment in Caigang village,Lankao County,Henan Province.It is considered that there are still some problems in the living environment of Caigang village,such as unreasonable rural planning and construction,inadequate infrastructure construction and maintenance,poor housing construction texture,old dangerous houses,good road traffic,but some main roads are seriously damaged,imperfect sewage system and so on;It is analyzed that the planning and construction of residential environment in Caigang village is comprehensively affected by five aspects: natural factors,economic conditions,social culture,leading forces and technical factors.Finally,based on the laws,regulations and technical specifications for the planning and construction of rural human settlements in China,carry out the planning practice of human settlements improvement in Caigang village,and focus on the overall planning of human settlements in Caigang village and special planning schemes such as public service facilities construction,green space system construction,ecological restoration,infrastructure construction,residential building reconstruction and village tourism development,And discuss the safeguard measures for the implementation of relevant plans.The research results of this paper can provide scientific basis and practical reference for the planning and construction of human settlements in Caigang village,Lankao County,Henan Province and even villages in areas with similar environmental conditions.
