As a new type of rail transit system,it is mainly used in mountain tourism scenic spots,complex terrain scenic spots and large-scale transportation systems in some urban areas.Bogie is an important part of the straddle elevated monorail tour vehicle.its function is bearing function,buffer function,steering function,braking function,driving function.whether the design is reasonable or not directly affects the stability and safety of the straddle elevated monorail tour vehicle.Because we may face various bad weather and operating environment in practical application,we should not only consider the ideal operating environment,but also consider these complex working conditions.The bogie frame is the main structure and bearing structure of bogie,which needs high rigidity,high torsional stiffness,high structural strength and scientific and reasonable collapse interval.As the core part of bogie,the excellent mechanical properties of its material and structure are the key to ensure the safe operation of straddle overhead monorail vehicles.This paper analyzes the static strength and fatigue strength of the bogie frame of the straddle elevated monorail vehicle under various complex working conditions,and then carries on the structure optimization and the field test.The main research work is as follows:(1)Design the bogies based on topology optimization using software according to the functional requirements and the structural characteristics of the bogies;(2)According to the actual operating conditions of the vehicle and referring to the EN13749 standard,the load conditions under 10 complex working conditions are calculated respectively,and the fatigue strength load conditions are calculated;(3)The finite element model of the bogie frame of the straddle overhead monorail tour vehicle is constructed,the static strength analysis and modal analysis are carried out,and the fatigue strength analysis of the bogie frame of the straddle overhead monorail tour vehicle is carried out based on the EN13749 standard,and the simulation results are analyzed;(4)Combining the stress cloud diagram and material utilization cloud diagram obtained by finite element analysis,the shape optimization,size optimization and lightweight optimization design of the original bogie structure are carried out.The simulation results show that the optimized structure greatly reduces the stress concentration,reduces the overall quality,increases the material utilization ratio reasonably,and the structure design is reasonable;(5)On the test track line of the project,the strain gauges are prepared and bonded before the test according to the specifications,and the strength test and data are collected for the design of the bogie frame sample of the straddle elevated monorail vehicle.The experimental results show that the designed bogie has excellent mechanical properties and reasonable design,and the test data are consistent with the simulation values of finite element statics,and the maximum deviation is not more than 5%.It also proves that the finite element analysis method is reasonable and the bogie structure design is reasonable.
