Precast shear wall structure is a kind of reinforced concrete structure which is suitable for the industrialization of residential buildings in China,this structure has some natural advantages,such as high efficiency,low pollution and low energy consumption.PC shear wall is a main lateral force resisting member of precast shear wall structure,so the connection between the PC shear wall and the surrounding components is the key to ensure the seismic performance of the whole building.This paper has carried out quasi-static tests to study the mechanical and seismic performance of bolted PC shear walls which based on a high-rise residential building.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper has designed and completed low-cycle reciprocating load tests of 4 bolted PC shear walls under the axial compression ratio of 0.1 and 0.2,all specimens have cast-inplace edge members.The test results show that two specimens with low shear span ratio and ordinary boundary members are both of bending failure,and the other two specimens with high shear span ratio and confines boundary members are both of mixed failure.(2)This paper has compared and analyzed the seismic performance of shear walls based on the test results,including energy dissipation capacity,deformation capacity,bearing capacity,equivalent stiffness degradation and residual deformation,and studied the influence of boundary member type,axial compression ratio and shear-span ratio on the performance of shear walls.In order to study the optimal design of failure modes,this paper has established the failure mode division rules of precast shear walls based on 26 published papers and pointed out the feasible performance optimization direction of bolted PC shear wall.(3)Restoring force model is an important index to study the seismic performance of structures.This paper uses ABAQUS to model and analyze the PC shear wall,and studies their seismic performance of PC shear with high axial compression ratio and strong boundary members.Combined with the results of test and FEA,this paper forms three kinds of four-fold line restoring force models with axial compression ratio as the controlling factor.These fourfold line restoring force models show a good agreement with the experimental curves and high reliability or applicability,which can accurately reflect the characteristics of pinching,stiffness degradation and residual deformation of the curves.(4)In order to study the overall seismic performance of a high-rise residential building with PC shear wall,this paper uses Midas Gen to establish the whole building model and assign the four-fold line restoring force model to the corresponding PC shear walls.This paper selectes three seismic waves to carry out elastic and elastoplastic nonlinear time history analysis to study the seismic performance and elastoplastic deformation ability of the structure under the condition of 7 degree earthquake,and forms several feasible optimization suggestions according to the failure results after megaseism earthquake.
