With the continuous strengthening of the concept of rational,orderly,intensive and efficient development of land space,there is a certain deviation between the top-down traditional planning and the market-oriented urban development,which leads to the mismatch between land space and the demand of economic and social development,and it is difficult to meet the demand of orderly and intensive dynamic feedback adjustment of land space.Based on the urban remote sensing interpretation data of Changsha in 2005,2010,2015 and 2018,the urban and rural planning implementation evaluation report of Changsha in 2019,and the social and economic statistics data of Changsha,this paper uses Arc GIS,partial least squares regression method,the method of spatial analysis and the method of spatial analysis Based on the analysis of the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of land use pattern under the background of land spatial planning,this paper explores its internal driving mechanism,analyzes the rationality of land use structure under its development mode,puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions,and carries out scenario simulation in the future,so as to realize the monitoring,evaluation and evaluation of land use planning under the background of land spatial planning The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:The land use of six districts and one county in Changsha City is mainly controlled by policies and planning,as well as the comprehensive influence of economic and social development;In the evolution of land use structure,the development of main urban clusters is saturated,the development of peripheral clusters is insufficient,the development of each cluster center is not obvious,the development among clusters erodes the planning ecological isolation zone and blue line planning scope,and the current land use and structure evolution deviates from the planning;Driven by the policy and market-oriented high plot ratio real estate development mechanism,there is a contradiction between the per capita carrying capacity of residential land and the carrying capacity of public service facilities and infrastructure in six districts and one county of Changsha.The development of welfare service land such as public service,infrastructure and green space lags behind the development of profitable land such as residential and industrial land,In the future development process of the city,we should pay attention to the ecological protection and development of land and space resources,ensure public services,infrastructure construction,promote the balance of spatial layout,strengthen the core construction of urban clusters,and promote the high-quality development of the city;Based on the man land relationship and policy control indicators,three scenarios are set in the flu model,which are the benchmark age simulation,the man land relationship simulation and the land and space development index simulation.The benchmark age scenario a is suitable for the low-speed development stage of the city,the urban construction is mainly concentrated in the central city,and the man land relationship scenario B is suitable for the rapid economic and social development stage of the city,At the same time,on the basis of the construction of satellite towns,the development of adjacent cities can be connected through the construction of intercity orbit to promote the development of urban integration.The simulation scenario C of land and space development index is suitable for the high-speed development stage of cities,and the regional integration development and urban integration construction need to be strengthened.
