| With the continuous advancement of China’s industrialization process,hoisting projects are also widely used in construction,electric power,petrochemical and other fields.At the same time,the safety accidents caused by hoisting projects have become a common concern of the whole society.Since safety evaluation plays an important role in preventing accidents,it is very necessary to carry out safety evaluation work for hoisting projects.The heavy casualties and economic losses caused by safety accidents make the safety input and output efficiency of hoisting projects become another focus of attention.In addition,with the popularization of modern information technology,it is imperative to develop the application system of safety evaluation in order to complete the work of enterprise safety evaluation more effectively.Therefore,this paper focuses on the safety evaluation of hoisting projects.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A safety evaluation model suitable for hoisting projects is established.Firstly,the safety evaluation index system of hoisting projects is established by using the methods of preliminary hazard analysis(PHA)and management oversight and risk tree(MORT).Then,the safety evaluation model of hoisting projects based on FCE-AHP is constructed by combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method.The practical value of the model is verified by taking a hoisting project as an example.(2)An evaluation model of safety input-output efficiency for hoisting projects based on data envelopment analysis(DEA)is proposed.The relative efficiency of DMUs is evaluated from three perspectives: comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.Then,improvement suggestions were put forward through projection analysis.In addition,the validity of the model is verified by an example.(3)The safety evaluation system of hoisting projects is developed.Firstly,the main functional modules of the system are determined by demand analysis as project s management module,safety evaluation module and auxiliary information module.Then,the system framework is built by the front-end and bank-end separation technology.Vue.js and Django frameworks are used to realize the front-end and back-end functions respectively.This system has high practical value to convert the research results into practical application system. |
