Application Of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method In The Safety Evaluation Of Jianyu Reservoir Dam

With the increase of the number and the elapsed time of reservoirs in China,there are many hidden safty risks in the DAMS.In the context of a wide range of dam evaluation factors which are in large quantities and difficultto monito directly,with taking advantages of the existing dam safety evaluation in China and the characteristics of jiananyu reservoir dam,according to the methods of dam safety evaluation,this paper presents the dam safety evaluation method of jiananyu reservoir,and makes corresponding countermeasures.According to the selection principle of dam safety evaluation factors,engineering experience,theory and specification,this paper selects corresponding judgment factors and sub-factors,and construct the evaluation system by establishing the corresponding factor discrimination criteria.Due to the complexity of the factors affecting dam safety monitoring and the fuzziness of evaluation criteria,this paper USES the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to stratify the factors affecting dam safety of reservoirs,and then carries out fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in different levels to obtain the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.At the same time,based on analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and the ideology of algorithm by using a real coding accelerating genetic algorithm and the optimization method of probability to determine the membership degree of various factors,this paper uses the variable weight algorithm to increase the high risk factors in the evaluation of the overall weight,so as to make the evaluation result can reflect the actual situation of the real.This paper mainly takes jiananyu reservoir as the research object in research analysis.Finally,the research results show that the safety degree of the dam of jiananyu reservoir is f end is equal to 85.96.Assessing the security situation of jiananyu reservoir,this paper find out the deficiency of jiananyu reservoir in security operation.Therefore,considering the hidden security risks of the dam will threaten the normal production and residents,the maintenance and reinforcement should be carried out in time.The security countermeasures and measures are given to improve the safety operation level of the dam.
